At ProfitFlow, we recognise the importance of fair and motivating remuneration for our lobbyists. Our remuneration structure is made up of several key elements, each reflecting a facet of your role and your contribution to our organisation.

Remuneration for the Contribution of a New Purchaser

A significant proportion of our lobbyists' remuneration comes from the referral of new buyers. ProfitFlow rewards this contribution with a specific commission, paid directly by the company. This commission is in recognition of the effort devoted to extending our network and growing our customer base.

We generally have more requests from buyers than commercial territories to sell the rights to, so this part of the mission is very important for the network.

Hourly remuneration for sales assignments

As a ProfitFlow lobbyist, you play a crucial role in the sale of passive rights. For each successful sale, you receive remuneration in proportion to the value of the transaction. This remuneration is a direct recognition of your ability to generate business and actively contribute to the financial success of our clients and the company.

From €75 to €275 per hour depending on the assignment

Remuneration for the Sale of Passive Rights

In addition to commissions, ProfitFlow lobbyists receive additional remuneration for specific assignments. This remuneration, which comes on top of commissions, is intended to cover the costs incurred during these assignments. It is paid by the rights sellers and varies according to the nature and complexity of the tasks carried out. This additional remuneration recognises the investment in time and resources that our lobbyists devote to carrying out these assignments successfully and professionally.

From 5% to 10%
