Mission

ProfitFlow's sale of passive rights assignment is a structured and strategic process, designed to maximise efficiency and success. Our approach is detailed in a specific contract, ensuring transparency and understanding between all parties involved.

The assignment begins with defining the passive rights to be disposed of, followed by the search for potential buyers. This stage is essential and can be facilitated by a lobbying and business development mission entrusted to ProfitFlow, with packages of hours tailored to the client's needs.

The Passive Rights Assignment Contract

This key contract governs the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer, defining the terms and conditions of the assignment, the limits of the rights assigned, the terms of payment, and the obligations and responsibilities of each party.

The Role of Lobbying in Sales

Lobbying plays a crucial role in the mission. ProfitFlow offers a range of lobbying packages to assist in the search for and acquisition of acquirers, providing flexibility and expertise tailored to each client's needs

Commissioning and Payments

An average commission of 10% is payable for each contract for the sale of passive rights concluded. This commission is calculated on the sale price and enables the seller to receive net amounts after deduction of commissions and any lobbying invoices. ProfitFlow also offers a 90-day payment facility for its clients, depending on the sales achieved.

ProfitFlow's passive rights sales assignment is designed to be transparent, efficient and tailored to the specific needs of each client. With our lobbying expertise and strategic approach, we are committed to facilitating this complex process, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
