Preliminary study for the purchase of a protocol
Since 2024, the purchase of a preliminary study before being able to sign a ProfitFlow protocol for your company has become a compulsory formality.
This study is invoiced at €850 excluding VAT, if it concludes that the protocol is impossible or unprofitable. you will receive a full refund.
If, on the other hand, as we hope, it concludes that the protocol can be put in place, its amount is deductible protocol setup

This data remains in your possession, secured either on a dedicated machine or on a physical cryptographic key connected directly to your servers.

It should be noted that our tools, which are constantly evolving, are currently marketed in beta version, but their development is an ongoing commitment on our part. And rest assured: even with manual interventions, ProfitFlow ensures that nothing stands in the way of your operation's optimum performance, taking on any procedural burden.
Delivery times
Your protocol is delivered to you within 90 days of signature, validation of your payment and integration into your internal systems, the time it takes for the systems to calculate all the values for each zone and for our legal experts to validate your contract, tailored to your company's situation.
This delay, mainly due to calculation and development time, is greatly reduced for limited territories, as partial access to priority zones can be made available earlier by temporarily deactivating certain zones.

Therefore, for each day of delay, ProfitFlow offers an exceptional discount of 50% on our prestigious lobbying services, up to a maximum of €2,500 per day.
